RV PARKING AND CAMP SITES

1) There will be 6 RV spots with full hookups. The price of $300.00 includes a RV parking spot (20'x80') with hookups. Plus, a designated parking spot for one other vehicle. In addition, 2 Combo 2 night General Admission Tickets, picnic table, trash pick-up, and closest spot to the Main Arena Entrance. NOTE: No vehicles will be allowed to enter or depart starting one hour before gates open and 2 hours after concert ends for safety reasons. - CLICK HERE TO BUY!!!

2) There will be 14 RV spots with no hookups. The price of $200.00 includes a RV parking spot (20'x80') with NO hookups and a designated parking spot for one other vehicle. 3) There are 30 campsites (15'x20'). Price of $100.00 No Admission included. The site is available with water and one 10 amp circuit of electrical service.

NOTE #1: Parking for one vehicle will be permitted at campsite.
NOTE #2: No vehicles will be allowed to enter or depart starting one hour before gates open and 2 hours after concert ends for safety reasons.
NOTE #3: No open flame burning or open fire cooking on the grounds permitted.
NOTE #4: Trash will be picked up each day before noon.
NOTE #5: Only campers (RV and campsite) with appropriate wristbands will be allowed in campsite and RV areas for security and safety reasons.

PREMIER RESERVED PARKING
$20.00, 2 day pass, same side of street as concert facility. Up close, on pavement. Limited number available. Parked on first arrival basis. Please display your PASS in your window as you arrive. - CLICK HERE TO BUY!!!

PREFERED PARKING- WEST LOT
$10.00, 2 day pass, Same side of road as facility and will have limited entrance- just west of the gates. This lot is on grass and subject to weather conditions. Parked on first arrival basis. Please display your PASS in your window as you arrive. - CLICK HERE TO BUY!!!

DAILY PARKING
$5 paid at the entrance, This lot is located South of the facility and across the street. Parked on first arrival basis.

IS THE CONCERT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE

All Summer events will be outside.
Due to larger crowd sizes for outdoor shows, complex production requirements, Artist's contracts, and other safety reasons, large shows can not moved into the dancehall. There have been exceptions, at the total discretion of individual artists and NOT the Tumbleweed Management, that an artist will play inside the dancehall than simply leave a show totally unperformed. But, this is completely at their discretion and option

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE MY TICKET

You are solely responsible for the safe keeping of your tickets.
Tumbleweed Concerts will not consider the replacement or re-issue of your lost or stolen tickets.

WEATHER AND OUTDOOR POLICY

All outdoor special events are subject to weather conditions. A Reserved/General Admission ticket is sold based upon a "Rain or Shine" policy and is subject to the current weather effects. Weather conditions, at the Artist discretion, may pose safety or hazardous conditions and are subject to possible cancellations. While attempts may be made to move times of shows to lessen the effects of weather, there is no implied guarantee that an outdoor show will not be cancelled to weather effects. Buying a Reserved/General Admission ticket indicates this understanding.

Risk of weather is an uncontrolled aspect of outdoors shows. All outdoor concert venues sell tickets with a "No Refund/ No Exchange" policy concerning weather outcome. Given that the artist receives their payment, advertising expenses have been paid for, and all of the labor in set-up and staffing for the event has been incurred, regardless of the weather, there is simply no refunds or exchanges.
All outdoor shows are separate special events than from those within the dance halls of Tumbleweed. They should be considered and treated accordingly. Due to larger crowd sizes for outdoor shows, complex production requirements, Artist's contracts, and other safety reasons, large shows can not moved into the dancehall. But, this is completely at their discretion and option.
Therefore, it is stated that no Admission ticket for any outdoor show entitles any person from entering the dance hall without paying an additional admission charge. Every attempt will be made by Tumbleweed to host a scheduled show on the date intended. Times are subject to scheduling changes and weather conditions. Shows may begin any time after the schedule time that gates open and before 11pm. ANY reason to reschedule concert dates will be announced prior to the scheduled gates opening.
